The refund policy consists of:

• Terms of return and refunds: We do returns only if the item was damaged in the way of delivery and we do refunds in the hour of purchase and if not asked in that hour we will not refund.

Shipping and Package Policy:

• Orders packed between 1-7days then get shipped out
• Orders inside Canada 1–7 days to deliver 
• Orders outside of Canada 1–14 days to deliver
• If your package gets lost, we cannot be responsible for anything that happens to the package after it is dropped off at the post office! But we will try our best with Canada Post to find and track your package.
• We don't do tracking

Jewelry Questions:

• Sizing: Our sizing of all our jewelry is in the description of the product, but if you need a piece of jewelry to be a bigger or smaller size, just send us an email.
• Is our jewelry waterproof? The majority of our jewelry is water-resistant, though we do advise against leaving it in the water for extended periods. After putting it in water, make sure it is dried and cleaned.
